Logan and Cache Valley have a lot to offer businesses seeking to start up, relocate or expand. As the home of Utah State University, the Cache Valley workforce is educated and motivated. The university's research park, Innovation Campus, is home to 45 businesses in a high-tech research center that employs nearly 2,100 people. Innovation Campus companies generate approximately $121 million in revenue per year. Logan is also home to Bridgerland Applied Technology College, which provides technical training for local residents.
Logan City offers a number of economic development incentives. The Cache Chamber of Commerce hosts events to assist business people, including networking events, panel discussions and workshops on everything from how to set up a small business to how to use the Internet for marketing. The Chamber also provides maps, guides, data books, information on major employers and relocation packets.
