  • December 8-12 (M-F) Finals Week

Priority Registration Dates for Spring 2009

Online registration availability begins at 12:01 AM for the listed dates.

  • November 10 (M) Matriculated Graduate Students
  • November 11 (T) Seniors with 90+ Earned Credit Hours
  • November 12 (W) Juniors with 60+ Earned Credit Hours
  • November 13 (R) Sophomores with 30+ Earned Credit Hours
  • November 14 (F) Freshmen with 1+ Earned Credit Hours
    • New Freshmen must first complete New Student Orientation (SOAR)
  • November 15 (Sa) Open Registration Begins

Modified Priority Registration

  • December 22 (M) Matriculated Graduate and Second Bachelor’s Students
  • December 22 (M) Seniors with 90+ Earned Credit Hours
  • December 22 (M) Juniors with 60+ Earned Credit Hours
  • December 23 (T) Sophomores with 30+ Earned Credit Hours
  • December 23 (T)Freshmen with 1+ Earned Credit Hours

  • November 10 (M) Priority Registration Begins
  • November 10 (M) Tuition and Fee Payment Begins
  • November 15 (Sa) Open Registration Begins
  • December 12 (F) Tuition and Fee Payment Due (Mail)
  • December 19 (F) Tuition and Fee Payment Due (Online/In Person)
  • December 19 (F) Classes may be purged at 11:59pm, if there is a balance due!
  • December 20-21 (Sa-Su) No Registration Activity
  • December 22-23 (M-T) Modified Priority Registration
  • December 24 (W) Open Registration Continues - Payment Due Daily

  • January 5 (M) Classes Begin
  • January 5-16 100% Refund Available*
  • January 9 (F) Last Day to Add Without Instructor’s Signature
  • January 19 (M) Holiday (Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day)
  • January 17-26 50% Refund Available*
  • January 26 (M) Last Day to Receive Tuition Refund*
  • January 26 (M) Last Day to Add Classes(Including Audits)
    • Adding a class beyond this date requires a petition and $100 late-add fee
  • January 26 (M) Last Day to Drop Without Notation on Transcript
  • January 27 (T) - March 6 (F) Drops Show as “W” on Transcript (Students may drop classes on ACCESS.)
  • February 16 (M) No Classes/Campus Closed (President’s Day)
  • February 17 (T) Attend Monday Schedule
  • March 6 (F) Last Day to Change to P/D+/D/F Option (advisor signature required)
  • March 7-March 30 Drops Require a Late Drop Form (WF on Transcript) Students may NOT drop classes on ACCESS.)
  • March 9-13 (M-F) No Classes (Spring Break)
  • March 30 (W) Last Day to Submit Petition for Late Drop Form
  • March 31 - May 1 No Dropping of Classes Permitted
  • April 20-24 (M-F) No Test Week
  • April 24 (F) Last Day of Classes
  • April 27- May 1 (M-F) Final Exams
  • May 1-2 (F, Sa) University Commencement Activities

* These refund amounts will be automatically calculated. You will not need to submit a refund request. Refunds beyond these published percentages WILL NOT be granted except in the most extreme, documented cases.
